Our refund and cancellation policy helps us plan an exceptional experience for our Participants, for that reason, we offer a No Refund policy.

For Pay-in-Full or Deposit – 100% refund within 48 hours of registration. No Refunds after 48 hours of registration. Cancelations in the case of a medical situation may be considered.

A returned payment will have a service fee of $30.00.  For the second returned fee a $60.00 service charge will be assessed.  Additionally, the above credit card/debit card will be debited for the returned payment plus any outstanding fees.  Your prompt payment is greatly appreciated.

$30 non-refundable administration fee will be assessed on all cancelled registrations, regardless of cancellation date.
